At Donati Law Firm, we are Employee Advocates.

Since our inception, we have only represented employees, not employers.  Our goal is to provide sound advice and zealous advocacy to our clients who need assistance with an employment issue. 

We handle cases of all types involving the employment relationship, such as breach of contract claims; discrimination claims; wrongful/retaliatory discharge claims; sexual harassment claims; severance agreements and negotiation; and workers' compensation claims.

Don Donati, John Canale and Billy Ryan are the attorneys who handle our employment cases.  Each attorney dedicates a significant portion of his practice to employment cases.  Don Donati is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and as a Certified Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. John Canale and Billy Ryan are not certified as Civil Trial Specialists.
