Social Security Disability Appeals PDF Print

ImageThrough the Social Security Administration, the federal government provides monetary benefits to individuals who are disabled.  The majority of persons who apply for disability benefits are initially denied.  We represent individuals who wish to appeal the denial of their claim for disability benefits.

The administrative process is often lengthy and complex.  Without the benefit of legal representation, the process can be overwhelming.

In claims for Social Security disability benefits, we represent our clients on a contingency fee basis.  If the client's case is not successful, no attorney's fees or expenses are owed.  If the client's case is successful, we receive 25% of the past due benefits that the client receives.  We also get reimbursed for any expenses that we incur in handling the case.

For basic answers on how to qualify and apply for your Social Security Disability benefits, check the Social Security Administration website click here.
