Founded in 1980 by Don and Wanda Donati, the firm has expanded to include their children, Billy Ryan and Robert Donati, along with daughter-in-law Alison Ryan, and John F. Canale III, to provide quality representation.

Don Donati, a certified civil trial specialist, and Wanda Donati, an attorney with over 20 years of experience in handling Social Security disability cases, have carefully guided the firm for nearly 27 years offering professional and courteous representation to individuals. 

A recent highlight was the firm's unanimous victory at the U.S. Supreme Court on June 22, 2006, in Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Company v. White, which is a precedent-setting case for employees who have experienced retaliation because of complaining about discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
