Founded in 1980 by Don and Wanda Donati, the firm has expanded to include their children, Billy Ryan, Robert Donati and Ellen Donati, along with daughter-in-law Alison Ryan, John F. Canale III, and Bryce W. Ashby to provide quality representation.

Don Donati, a certified civil trial specialist, and Wanda Donati, an attorney with over 20+ years of experience in handling Social Security disability cases, have carefully guided the firm for nearly 30 years offering professional and courteous representation to individuals. 

A recent highlight was the firm's unanimous victory at the U.S. Supreme Court on June 22, 2006, in Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Company v. White, which is a precedent-setting case for employees who have experienced retaliation because of complaining about discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
